The DAM Therapist
Lisa Grimm is The DAM Therapist – a globally-recognized expert in digital asset management, taxonomy and enterprise content management with over two decades of experience across verticals, from museums and libraries to pharma, FMCG to publishing, luxury brands to higher ed and beyond. Some of her previous roles include in-house positions in multinationals like Amazon, Novartis and GSK, as well as consulting stints in smaller organizations. She will guide you through your DAM challenges with empathy, expertise and plenty of good humour.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Lisa supports clients across Europe and the Americas; she is the co-author of the forthcoming Practical Digital Asset Management: A Guide for Students and Practitioners (Bloomsbury, 2026), an occasional instructor in the Rutgers University DAM Certificate Program and is a regular writer, podcaster, speaker and facilitator, in DAM. A trained librarian and archivist, Lisa is also a Director and Trustee of the National Library of Ireland.
